I have to be Frank. I really enjoyed Hasegawa's Ki-84 (in two scales)

This is the 1/72nd Hasegawa kit

Built alongside the Hasegawa 32nd version, using the Arawasi decals

I liked the box art enough to frame so its alongside other 32nd offerings from Hasegawa. The Tony (art provided by my friend Ian Jackson ) and the George

The masking for my choosen scheme turned out to be a disaster. My own fault and nothing to do with the kit

So back to the drawing board (work bench) and scheme number 2

The colourt scheme lays between the two sets of pics  Flash  and direct light.

Found it hard to get the "correct" colouring with my old point and shoot

A few of the absolute "shed load" of schemes available, weathered and pristine (well a bit pristine)

First show of the 2018 "season" The New Look Bolton Show

A big thank you to all involved. A well run and presented show.

Just my opinion, but my favourite group display were the 144 SIG.  All the models were to a high standard, with many of them elevated to "First Class" modeling.

Mt point and shoot just doesnt do them justice.

The Merseyside guys had a nice mixture on display.....and a good selection of wine gums!!!

...and this shows winner of the "fashion victim" award is....................
